Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior DevOps & System Administrator with hands‑on experience in OpenShift, Kubernetes, Linux, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, automating, and managing highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure while supporting enterprise‑grade microservices and DevOps platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage OpenShift/Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab, ArgoCD, Tekton, Maven, Gradle, Nexus, and SonarQube.
• Develop and optimize Docker containers and Kubernetes workloads.
• Automate infrastructure and operational tasks using Bash/Shell/Python and Helm.
• Administer Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) servers and troubleshoot production issues.
• Configure and manage NGINX, Apache, IBM HTTP Server, reverse proxy, SSL/TLS, and load balancing.
• Deploy and support Redis and Apache Kafka.
• Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, and ELK Stack.
• Enforce DevSecOps practices, RBAC, secrets management, network policies, and compliance standards.
• Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), disaster recovery (DR), and platform optimization.
