Job summary

Samyutha Info Technologies Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable cloud-native infrastructure. You will drive IaC and CI/CD pipelines, focusing on Azure and AWS with GitOps practices using ArgoCD and strong security scanning.

Responsibilities include cloud operations, cost optimization, observability, and collaboration with architecture teams to deliver secure, reliable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-9 years of professional IT experience, with at least 5 years focused on cloud, data engineering, or DevOps.
• Cloud Platforms: Proficient in Azure and AWS; working knowledge of GCP is a plus.
• Scripting & Languages: Python, Bash, or Go.
• DevOps Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Git/GitOps; ArgoCD, Azure DevOps, CI/CD with integrated security scanning; observability tools such as SigNoz.
• Database/Data Skills: SQL and data lake/warehouse architectures.

• Pipeline Automation: Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps with integrated security scans.
• GitOps & Continuous Delivery: Manage Kubernetes deployments with ArgoCD and GitOps tooling.
• Cloud Operations & Cost Optimization: Configure IAM, VPC, EC2, Kubernetes, and optimize resources for cost efficiency.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices including IAM and data encryption.
• Monitoring & Support: Develop observability and logging using SigNoz, Datadog, Prometheus, or CloudWatch.
• Security integration: Implement vulnerability scanning in CI/CD for source, containers, and infrastructure.
• Collaboration: Work with development and architecture teams to design secure, scalable cloud solutions.

About the Role

At Samyutha, a DevOps Engineer designs, builds, and maintains scalable cloud-native infrastructure, with strong proficiency in DevOps practices and primary expertise in Microsoft Azure and AWS (GCP exposure is a plus), using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation. They streamline software and data delivery by managing CI/CD pipelines with integrated security scanning, operating GitOps tools like ArgoCD, and ensuring robust security and observability through platforms such as SigNoz.

Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Build and manage cloud foundation platforms using tools like Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Pipeline Automation: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines, primarily in Azure DevOps, with integrated security scans (SAST/DAST, container and dependency vulnerability scanning) to automate secure deployments.
• GitOps & Continuous Delivery: Manage application delivery and Kubernetes deployments using ArgoCD and other GitOps tooling for automated, auditable releases across environments.
• Cloud Operations & Cost Optimization: Configure cloud services (IAM, VPC, EC2, Kubernetes) and optimize resource usage for cost efficiency and scalability.
• Security & Compliance: Enforce security best practices, including IAM policies, least privilege access, data encryption, and compliance monitoring.
• Monitoring & Support: Develop robust observability, logging, and alerting frameworks using tools like SigNoz, Datadog, Prometheus, or CloudWatch.
• Implement security best practices and integrate vulnerability scanning for source code, containers, and infrastructure within CI/CD pipelines.
• Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities and configuration issues across cloud and application environments.
• Recommend and implement cloud resource organization, subscription structure, access controls, and governance standards.

Collaborate with development and architecture teams to design secure, scalable, and cost-effective cloud solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• DevOps Tools: Proficient with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git/GitOps practices; hands-on experience with ArgoCD, Azure DevOps (Pipelines/Repos/Boards), CI/CD pipeline design with integrated security scanning (SAST, DAST, container/image and dependency vulnerability scanning), and observability tooling such as SigNoz.
• Database/Data Skills: Familiarity with SQL and data lake/warehouse architectures, as EXL heavily integrates
