Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or SRE roles.
• Deep expertise in AWS services including EC2, EKS, RDS, S3, Lambda, IAM, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge.
• Strong hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Proficiency in containerization with Docker and Kubernetes, managing EKS or ECS clusters.
• Experience building CI/CD pipelines with AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab.
• Security expertise with IAM, AWS KMS, encryption, and compliance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage highly available, fault-tolerant AWS infrastructure for global trading platforms.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK.
• Automate deployments and infrastructure updates with CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, GitLab, Jenkins).
• Develop automation with Octopus, AWS CodeDeploy, and Bamboo.
• Deploy and manage containerized apps using ECS, EKS (Kubernetes), and Fargate.
• Optimize ECS/Kubernetes clusters for cost efficiency, scalability, and performance.
• Implement service discovery and load balancing for microservices architectures.
• Develop event-driven architectures using AWS EventBridge, SNS, SQS, and Lambda.
• Build real-time data processing pipelines with Kinesis, Firehose, and DynamoDB Streams.
• Enforce IAM best practices, secure networking with VPCs, Direct Connect, Transit Gateway, WAF, and Shield.
• Set up monitoring with CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and X-Ray.
