Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or a similar role.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, automating, and maintaining reliable AWS-based infrastructure and deployment processes, enabling development teams to deliver applications quickly, securely, and consistently
• The candidate should have hands-on experience with AWS, Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD, along with strong troubleshooting and automation skills
• The role will focus on building and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, automating deployment workflows, supporting production environments, and continuously improving system reliability, security, and operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities

• Design, automate, and maintain reliable AWS-based infrastructure and deployment processes
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD
• Implement and manage GitOps-based deployment workflows for Kubernetes environments
• Manage, monitor, and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and resources
• Support and troubleshoot Docker and Kubernetes environments
• Implement effective monitoring, logging, and alerting using AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar tools
• Ensure production systems meet required standards for security, scalability, availability, and reliability
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, and production issues and drive timely resolution
• Automate operational activities using Bash, Python, or other scripting languages
• Manage AWS services including IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Load Balancers, and Auto Scaling
• Implement appropriate access controls, secrets management, and basic cloud security practices
• Collaborate with development and engineering teams to improve deployment processes and operational efficiency
• Participate in production support and on-call activities, where required
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve infrastructure performance, reliability, security, and cost efficiency

Preferred Background

• 2 to 4 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or a similar role
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems and networking fundamentals
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Experience working with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD
• Experience with cloud monitoring and logging tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar platforms
• Experience with AWS services including IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Load Balancers, and Auto Scaling
• Experience in software / SaaS / technology environments is preferred

• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and DevOps practices
