Job summary

Tyson Foods India seeks an experienced Senior SAP ABAP HCM Developer to drive SAP HCM and ABAP development in Bengaluru. The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience and collaboration with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.

You will design, develop, and support SAP HCM/HR ABAP solutions, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, and payroll-related objects, while ensuring quality and performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in SAP HCM and ABAP development.
• Strong technical expertise in HR ABAP development, Payroll processes, custom enhancements, interfaces, and SAP HCM module development.
• Experience working with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support SAP HCM/HR ABAP solutions.
• Develop and maintain custom programs, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows within the SAP HCM landscape.
• Work extensively on SAP HR Infotypes and Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll modules.
• Analyze business requirements and provide technical solution designs.
• Develop and enhance: Reports, Interfaces, Conversion programs, enhancements, User and Customer exits, BADIs, BAPIs
• Develop and support inbound and outbound interfaces between SAP HCM and third-party applications.
• Develop payroll-related reports and custom objects.
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to SAP development standards.
• Collaborate with functional teams during requirement gathering, testing, deployment, and production support activities.
