Job summary

Accendra Health, Inc is seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to lead the design, implementation and optimization of Marketing Cloud solutions. You will work with business teams to craft multi-channel journeys, integrate systems, and ensure best practices in data security and reporting.

The role requires deep expertise in Email Studio, Journey Builder and Automation Studio, along with API and Snowflake integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience designing customer journeys and data models.
• Extensive experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Understanding of API integrations, data modeling, and security principles.
• Knowledge of AMPScript, HTML/CSS, SSJS/JavaScript, SQL and Query Studio.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM (Sales & Service Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, implement and migrate data with Marketing Cloud and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize Marketing Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Salesforce development you will participate in and drive Marketing Cloud implementations. While mostly focused on delivery, you may be involved across the entire project lifecycle. An integral part of your role will be working with internal business teams to further our digital marketing through Marketing Cloud usage. You will act as a trusted source of knowledge to advise business in line with Marketing Cloud best practice and its growing number of capabilities to ultimately build a vision for a multi-channel roadmap.# ResponsibilitiesAspects of what we need**Solution Implementation:*** Utilize knowledge of **Marketing Cloud** to enhance customer-facing and internal processes, mobile connect experience, SMS campaigns, and experience with APIs* Develop, configure, implement and data migration working with Marketing Cloud and other integrations* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Marketing Cloud solutions* Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client project stakeholders* Design and delivery of solutions in Email Studio including A / B testing* Design and implement, for automated email/mobile journeys using Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio and Journey Builder, and advise clients on how to optimize further* Strong understanding of digital marketing KPIs, such as email marketing, PPC and other marketing conversion metrics* Experience in reporting and analyzing email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder.
