You will lead ERP projects, analyze business processes, configure QAD modules, train end-users, and provide post-go-live support. Strong collaboration with IT, finance, and operations is essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with a strong focus on manufacturing industry processes.
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with QAD ERP systems.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes such as production, inventory management, procurement, and supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Production, Materials Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Finance.
• Proven ability to implement ERP systems end-to-end, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Experience in data migration from legacy systems to ERP solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
