GlobalLogic Inc. is seeking an experienced Manufacturing ERP Functional Consultant with deep QAD expertise to drive ERP implementations across production, inventory, and procurement processes in Bengaluru.

• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes: production, inventory management, procurement, and supply chain.
• Strong understanding of ERP modules: Production, Materials Management, Inventory, Procurement, and Finance.
• Proven end-to-end ERP implementation experience: requirements, configuration, testing, deployment and post-go-live support.
• Experience in data migration from legacy systems to ERP solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manufacturing ERP Functional Consultant with expertise in QAD to support our clients in optimizing their ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP functionalities, with a specific focus on QAD. You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, design solutions, implement ERP systems, and provide post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• ERP System Implementation: Lead the implementation of ERP systems, with a strong emphasis on QAD, across various manufacturing processes.
• Business Process Analysis: Collaborate with clients to understand their manufacturing operations and business requirements. Identify gaps and recommend solutions for process improvements.
• System Configuration: Configure ERP systems, particularly QAD, to meet the specific needs of the client. Customize modules to align with business processes.
• Data Migration: Assist in the planning, mapping, and execution of data migration from legacy systems to QAD ERP systems.
• Training and Support: Provide end-user training and develop documentation to ensure efficient use of the ERP system. Offer ongoing post-implementation support to resolve issues and optimize usage.

• Experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
