Job summary

Electrolux is seeking a skilled FSM Developer with strong experience in IFS FSM stack and 5+ years in software development, including at least 2+ years in IFS FSM configuration, to join our Service operations tech platform on a hybrid basis in Bangalore.

You will design, build, and maintain .NET/C#, React-based solutions, integrate APIs, work with SQL Server and Azure, and lead configuration topics for PSO, following DevOps practices for bi-weekly deployments.

Qualifications

• Configuration, UI designing tool and customization capabilities of IFSM FSM applications.
• FSM configuration & customization expertise.
• FSM mobile application designing and client scripting experience.
• Strong object-oriented programming fundamentals.
• Version control with Git; familiarity with Jira.

Responsibilities

• Configure & customize IFS FSM system following best practices.
• Lead all parameter configuration topics related to PSO system.
• Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable .NET code throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensure architecture requirements, design, development, validation and support activities.
• Work with external and embedded databases and create supporting schemas.
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize performance; deliver timely solutions.
• Write clean, well-documented code and adhere to DevOps practices for production deployments.

All about the role:

We are looking for a skilled FSM Developer with strong expertise in IFS FSM stack and have an experience in any of the framework .NET/React in total you should have 5+ years of hands‑on experience in Software development and at least 2+ year experience in IFS FSM solution configuration to join our Service operations tech platform.

What you’ll do:

• As a FSM Engineer you will work with the Engineering Manager, Tech Lead & IFS FSM Development Team of the service operations technology powered by the IFS FSM and PSO components in a PaaS.
• Configure & Customize IFS FSM system within the recommended best practices.
• Must lead all the parameter configuration topic related to PSO system.
• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .Net codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle
• Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities
• You must work with both external and embedded databases
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Troubleshoot and debug issues and provide timely solutions.
• Optimize app performance and ensure responsiveness.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code.
• As per project requirement you must work on Modern C# and .NET
• React/ React Native or similar framework
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
• Building application using modern AI Technologies
• Solving technical issues occurring during the implementation and deployment phase.
• Support enhancements to production systems including resolving issues related to recent releases.
• API Integration includes handling authentication, data parsing, and error handling.
• You will be part of the Field Service Management team having a combined responsibility of delivering solutions for end users involved in service operations domain.
• Demonstrate and infuse modern development practices by following DevOps practices ensuring deployments into production on at least a bi‑weekly basis.

Who You Are

• Hands‑on experience of all the Configuration, UI Designing Tool and Customization capabilities of IFSM FSM applications
• Hands‑on experience in FSM configuration & Customization.
• Hands‑on experience in FSM mobile application Designing, Client scripting and Customization.
• Solid understanding of object‑oriented programming
• Version Control: Proficiency in using version control systems like Git for collaborative development and code management.
• Familiarity with issue and project tracking software such as Jira
• Exposure to backend technologies and concepts
• Experience with owning and maintaining large software components
• Experience providing technical leadership to more junior developers
• SQL Server, Entity Framework
• Familiar with various design, architectural patterns and software development process.
• Proficiency in integrating APIs into mobile applications, including handling authentication, data parsing, and error handling.
• You are collaborative with experience of interacting with Agile teams including product owners and design teams and have strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in engaging with business stakeholders with clear and concise communication, especially in non‑technical terms..
• Ability to work in a multi‑cultural and diverse work environment.
