Job summary

Insight Global in Hyderabad is seeking a senior software leader to drive architecture and hands-on development for scalable AWS-based applications. You will mentor teams, set standards, and push code quality across initiatives.

You will collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders, employing DevSecOps, IaC, and modern tooling including AI-assisted development to deliver robust systems.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering experience with leadership/mentorship.
• Strong backend with .NET and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-native apps on AWS.
• Experience with microservices, serverless architectures and distributed systems.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevSecOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
• Solid understanding of system design, scalability and performance optimization.
• Experience mentoring developers and leading technical discussions.
• Experience with Angular.
