Loyalytics Consulting Pvt Ltd is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to design, develop, and own scalable microservices and web apps. You will work on backend Go services and frontend TypeScript apps using React/Next.js, optimizing PostgreSQL models for performance and correctness.

You will participate in architecture discussions, enforce code quality, and mentor junior developers while taking end-to-end ownership from problem framing to production operations.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience building and shipping production web apps end to end.
• Strong backend engineering in Go or strong TS/Java/C# background with Go focus.
• Solid PostgreSQL modeling, indexing, and query optimization.
• Frontend: TypeScript with React/Next.js.
• Experience with REST and/or gRPC API design; auth; microservices/event patterns.
• Cloud and containers: Docker, Kubernetes; CI/CD; Azure preferred.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable microservices and web applications end to end.
• Build backend services (APIs and background workers) in Go, and front-end applications in React/Next.js with TypeScript.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL data models and queries for performance and correctness.
• Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.
• Participate in code reviews and architecture/design decisions.
• Take end-to-end ownership of modules/features from problem framing through production and operations.
• Mentor junior developers as needed.

Preferred candidate profile

• 35 years building and shipping production web applications end to end.
• Strong backend engineering in a typed, compiled language Go strongly preferred (or strong TypeScript/Java/C#/similar with the ability and appetite to work primarily in Go).
• Solid PostgreSQL relational modeling, indexing, and query performance.
• TypeScript with React/Next.js for front-end development.
• REST and/or gRPC API design, authentication, and microservices / event-driven patterns.
• Cloud and containers Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP fine).
• Strong design thinking, problem-solving, and end-to-end ownership.

Good-to-Have

• Go in production; multi-tenant SaaS; Domain-Driven Design / Clean Architecture.
• Message/job queues, workflow orchestration, Redis, or streaming / change-data-capture.
• Exposure to a cloud data/analytics pipeline (Spark / lakehouse).
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and observability (Prometheus/Grafana).
• Strong automated-testing habits and familiarity with testing frameworks.
• System-design knowledge; Agile/Scrum experience.
• Mentoring junior developers; clear technical writing and documentation.
• Open-source contributions or personal side projects.
