Job summary

Loyalytics, based in Bangalore, is seeking a Senior Developer to build Swan, its customer-engagement platform. You will own features end-to-end, designing scalable backend microservices in Go and front-end in React/Next.js with TypeScript.

Strong skills in PostgreSQL and API design are required, with cloud and container experience. The role is office-based in Bengaluru with in-person interview rounds for shortlisted candidates.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building and shipping production web applications end to end.
• Strong backend engineering in a typed, compiled language — Go strongly preferred (or strong TypeScript/Java/C#/similar with Go focus).
• Solid PostgreSQL— relational modeling, indexing, and query performance.
• TypeScript with React/Next.js for front-end development.
• REST and/or gRPC API design, authentication, and microservices patterns.
• Cloud and containers — Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP fine).
• Strong design thinking, problem-solving, and end-to-end ownership.

Responsibilities

Swan is a customer engagement platform helping enterprises drive personalized, data-driven engagement at scale. Role Overview

Loyalytics is looking for a Senior Developer to help build Swan, our customer-engagement platform. You'll take features from idea to production — designing and building scalable backend microservices and the front-end experiences on top of them, and owning them end to end. We're looking for someone strong at end-to-end development with design thinking and problem-solving — who can work out the right way to build a service, a frontend, and everything in between, not just wire one up. The position is office-based, and in-person interview rounds are mandatory for shortlisted candidates.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Solid PostgreSQL — relational modeling, indexing, and query performance.
• TypeScript with React/Next.js for front-end development.
• REST and/or gRPC API design, authentication, and microservices / event-driven patterns.
• Cloud and containers — Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD ( Azure preferred; AWS/GCP fine).
• Strong design thinking, problem-solving, and end-to-end ownership.

Good-to-Have

• Go in production; multi-tenant SaaS; Domain-Driven Design / Clean Architecture.
• Message/job queues, workflow orchestration, Redis, or streaming / change-data-capture.
• Exposure to a cloud data/analytics pipeline (Spark / lakehouse).
• Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and observability (Prometheus/Grafana).
• Strong automated-testing habits and familiarity with testing frameworks.
• System-design knowledge; Agile/Scrum experience.
• Mentoring junior developers; clear technical writing and documentation.
• Open-source contributions or personal side projects.
