WD Partners Inc. is seeking a Senior Designer for its Fire Protection team. You will design building systems, perform engineering calculations, and prepare technical documentation while coordinating with an integrated team across India and the US.

Required: Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, expertise in Revit and AutoCAD, and strong NFPA knowledge. US projects experience is preferred and remote-friendly within India.

Formación

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience modeling and designing fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes & standards.
• Comfortable performing hydraulic calculations.
• Experience working on US projects preferred.
• Experience on restaurant, grocery, retail, healthcare or similar projects is helpful.

Responsabilidades

As a Senior Designer on our Fire Protection team, you will work within an integrated team to take design and construction projects from a defined concept to completion. You will design building systems, perform engineering calculations, produce construction documents, and prepare technical documentation while working collaboratively to coordinate your work across an integrated team of other designers, architects, and engineers in India and the US.

Location

We are open to hiring for remote work from any location in India. We also have an office in Mumbai.

Schedule

Our work hours are Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM. No weekend work hours.

Necessary Experience

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Prior work experience modeling and designing fire protection systems is required
• Proficiency is Revit and AutoCAD is required
• Must have strong knowledge of NFPA codes & standards
• Must be comfortable performing hydraulic calculations
• Experience working on US projects is preferred
• Experience working on restaurant, grocery, retail, healthcare or similar projects is helpful
