Job summary

WD Partners is seeking an Architect to join a cross‑functional team focused on design development, space planning, visualization and rendered outcomes. The role emphasizes client coordination with teams in Mumbai and the US, delivering architectural documentation and hand renderings.

The candidate should have a Bachelor's in Architecture, strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, and experience with retail or food-service concepts. Remote work from anywhere in India is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Architecture or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in Architecture and designing.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience working on retail, restaurants, coffee shops, and/or QSR outlets.
• Ability to create hand renderings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist the production of architectural documentation across projects through concept development, space planning, visualization and rendering.
• Interface, consult, and coordinate with clients and internal team in Mumbai and the US, act as a point of contact and lead project design reviews.
• Provide clear and concise sketches, details, concepts to convey design solutions for project needs.
• Communicate with project leads in Mumbai and the US on progress relative to timelines using project management tools.
• Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure understanding of responsibilities and assist on technical questions.

As an Architect, you will work within a team to help produce documents for our clients. Our current need requires an emphasis on design capabilities, including concept development, space planning, visualization, and rendering. Preparation of drawings/GFC will be a secondary task. Strong Revit skills are also required. In addition to following WD Partners values, policies and procedures, the primary responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Lead and assist the production of architectural documentation across all assigned projects through concept development, space planning, visualization and rendering
• Interface, consult, and coordinate with clients and internal team in Mumbai and the US, act as a point of contact and lead project design reviews
• Provide clear and concise graphic and written sketches, details, concepts, etc as required to convey the design solutions for project specific needs
• Communicate with the project leads in Mumbai and the US on the status of your team's progress as it relates to scope of a project's timeline, utilizing defined project management tools
• Communicate effectively with all team members to ensure understanding of responsibilities and accountabilities and assist when needed on technical questions or issues

Location:We are open to hiring for remote work from any location in India.

Schedule:Our work hours are Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM. No weekend work hours.

Necessary Experience:

• Bachelor's in Architecture or equivalent
• Prior work experience in Architecture and designing
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
