Job Profile - Senior Designer

We're looking for a passionate, hands-on Designer who can take ownership of projects, lead a team, and thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Own projects end-to-end — from concept to execution.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers.
• Be confident in handling clients and taking responsibility for project deliverables.
• Manage 2–3 projects simultaneously, while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
• Translate ideas and briefs into thoughtful, strong design solutions.
