Experience: 10- 13 Years experience in Commercial/Corporate interior design

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop creative design concepts and detailed working drawings, including C&I layouts, GFCs, typical details, and finish selections.
• Prepare and deliver compelling design presentations, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of design activities.
• Create and manage drawing delivery schedules to meet project timelines.
• Oversee on-site execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and project deadlines.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges efficiently while maintaining high execution standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, site engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Provide follow-up support to customers and vendors, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and accessibility requirements in project execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends, construction materials, and costs to ensure innovative and cost-effective design solutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Photoshop for design, documentation, and reporting tasks.
• Utilize advanced problem-solving skills and creativity in preparing design presentation materials.
• Maintain a keen eye for design detail from concept development to on-site implementation.
• Ensure quality control and deliver excellence at every phase of the project, from initial concept to final completion.
• Knowledge & comfort working with zoning and building code.

Technical Skills

• Strong experience in commercial and corporate interior design Coworking Industry experience will be an add on advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Office, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of building codes, accessibility standards, and industry best practices.
• Familiarity with all project phases, from concept to execution, with a proven ability to handle potential challenges.
• Understanding of construction materials, finishes, and industry-standard cost estimations.
