Job summary

Smartly in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Designer to craft high-impact creative solutions for global brands. You will lead design projects from concept to delivery, collaborate with Art Directors and Developers, and develop reusable templates and design systems to streamline workflows.

The role emphasizes motion design, strong visual storytelling, and the ability to mentor junior designers while ensuring brand guidelines and client objectives are met across campaigns.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, brand design, visual design or art direction.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, XD) and Figma.
• Strong understanding of design principles, visual hierarchy and layout.
• Excellent presentation, storytelling and communication skills.
• Experience in digital advertising, HTML5, dynamic advertising and motion design (preferred).
• Able to collaborate across cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
• Prioritize user needs and business objectives in design decisions.
