Responsibilities

• The Expectation to not just flawlessly execute client or teammates’ ideas, but also be a part of the initial creative process
• Ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team
• Balancing multiple design projects at a time
• Work alongside engineers to ensure desired outcomes are achieved
• Collaborate with engineers to iterate on the design and implementation of product build-outs
• Collaborate with fellow marketing team members to generate and deliver compelling design solutions
• Detail-oriented and organized. You’re a pro at managing and prioritizing the workload for yourself and your team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of agency experience or the like
• Strong conceptual thinking
• Excellent typography and drawing skills and expertise using Adobe Creative Suite
• A strong eye for visual composition and layout
• Knowledge of restrictions and limitations as it relates to design for social platforms
• Great communication skills
• Takes criticism very, very well
