Job summary

Huhtamaki is seeking a Senior Design & Specification Specialist in Thane to join the India Specification Team. You will develop Keyline Drawings and CLDs for pouching projects using AutoCAD, review artwork, and ensure compliance with specifications across sites.

You will coordinate tool records, support job transfers, and maintain master data for manufacturing needs. The role requires collaboration with Sales, R&D, Operations and other teams, ensuring alignment with Huhtamaki policies and

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Keyline Drawings (KLDs) and Cylinder Layout Drawings (CLDs) for in-house pouching projects using AutoCAD or equivalent design software.
• Review and approve processed artwork for pouching layouts, ensuring compliance with approved KLDs/CLDs and specifications.
• Manage and maintain records of pouching tools and related assets across Huhtamaki India Flexible Packaging sites.
• Coordinate and support pouching job transfer activities between production units.
• Review and approve product specifications within business systems for in-house pouching and other flexible packaging products.
• Create and update formulations/recipes and master data in the system for manufacturing needs.
• Create and update machine resources and system master data for operational readiness.
• Provide technical support for new product development and innovation projects related to pouching applications.
