For This Role, You Will Need:

• A degree in mechanical engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with engineering documentation such as bills of materials, drawings, or product configuration.
• Hands-on experience with CAD tools such as Inventor, AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management systems (e.g., Enovia or similar tools).
• Understanding of engineering fundamentals, including geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and design calculations.
• Experience working with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, LN BaaN, or similar).
• Awareness of international engineering and industry standards.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Effective communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Willingness to collaborate with global teams across time zones.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in manufacturing or shop floor environments.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and materials used in industrial products.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience working with industrial valves, especially butterfly valves or similar products.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards for valve design and performance.
• Experience supporting manufacturing validation, localization, or product transfer initiatives.
• Exposure to automation or digital tools such as VBA, Power BI, or similar technologies.
• Understanding of product certification and compliance processes.
• Experience working in global or matrix organizations.
