Position Summary

If you are an engineering leader looking to grow your career, this role offers the opportunity to lead and shape global engineering strategy for Emersons Isolation Valves portfolio, including ball valve, butterfly valve, and knife gate valve solutions. As an Engineering Director, you will combine technical leadership with a strong people-first approach, driving engineering excellence, scalable processes, and effective commercial execution. You will also play a key role in developing and empowering a globally diverse engineering organization while delivering impactful business outcomes.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Proven experience leading engineering teams, including geographically dispersed or global teams.

• Demonstrated success delivering results in a complex, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to assess processes, identify gaps, and implement effective solutions.
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship for this role.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Experience in the industrial valves or flow control industry.
• Advanced degree such as a masters in engineering or a Master of Business Administration (MBA).
• Experience in driving global engineering transformation, standardization, or digital initiatives.
• Exposure to product lifecycle management, engineered-to-order environments, or global manufacturing operations.
