Job summary

Technosoft Engineering, based in India, seeks an experienced Senior Design Engineer to lead HVAC projects. You will design compressors, chillers, and chilled water systems, ensuring optimal pump head calculations, pipe sizing and system balancing while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Work-life balance. Flexibility in time. Managers are very co-operative in terms of work. Freedom in thinking. SPM department is always best place to work. Foreign travel opportunities are there. Security department is very good especially Misharji.

Dislikes

HR unnecessarily involves in things like usage of mobile despite of all work are going well. IT not allowed to use youtube or mailing outside of office, for that you need to take the permission of manager. Increments get credited by almost after 5 months after March or October cycle. Only 22 leaves per year + 10 national holidays. In furniture department people work in night. Also in furniture department, you can take leave but you have to compensate it before by working g on Saturdays or Sundays.
