The role demands 10-15+ years of experience and excellence in Revit and AutoCAD, with a robust track record delivering IFC documentation.

Qualificações

• 10-15+ years of architectural experience.

We are looking for hands-on Lead Design Architects with strong experience in US-based residential, high-rise residential and commercial projects.

US project experience is mandatory.

What we're looking for:

• 10-15+ years of architectural experience
• Strong hands-on experience with US projects
• Experience in residential, high-rise residential and/or commercial buildings
• Strong knowledge of IBC, ADA and US building codes
• Excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and execution
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience taking projects from concept through detailed design and IFC documentation
• Ability to work with US clients and multidisciplinary teams
• Must remain hands-on with architectural design, not purely coordination or people management

Good to have:

• Modular / prefabricated construction experience
• Parametric / computational design exposure
• Rhino, Dynamo or similar tools
• Architect of Record experience

For the Vizag position: The selected candidate will initially work from our Gurugram office to understand our processes, standards and design approach, before transitioning to Vizag.
