Job summary

URBANMISTRII STUDIO in New Delhi seeks a Senior Architect to lead architecture and interior projects from concept through execution. You will own design development, drawing coordination and delivery, and work directly with clients, consultants, vendors and site teams to keep design intent, timelines and quality on track.

You will guide junior team members, review work, and ensure accurate, detailed documentation across multiple live projects, while visiting sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture with 4–8 years of experience in architecture and interior projects.
• Strong portfolio showing built work, design development and documentation.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD and SketchUp; rendering tools like Enscape/Lumion/V-Ray.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects end-to-end from briefing to site execution.
• Own working drawings and details; ensure accuracy and timely release.
• Review drawings and materials before client/site releases.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP consultants, vendors and site teams.
• Lead client discussions and translate feedback into clear next steps.
• Plan deliverables, track revisions and manage risks.
• Conduct site visits and ensure quality on site.
• Mentor junior architects and improve documentation standards.
• Support scheduling, scope control and handovers across multiple live projects.

URBANMISTRII STUDIO is a New Delhi architecture and interior design practice working across hospitality, residential, workspace and commercial projects. Our team takes projects from early concepts and space planning through detailed drawings, material selection, site coordination and execution. We care about thoughtful design, clear documentation and details that work on site.

The role

We are looking for a Senior Architect to lead architecture and interior projects from concept through execution. You will own design development, drawing coordination and delivery, guide junior team members, and work directly with clients, consultants, vendors and site teams to keep design intent, timelines and quality on track.

What you will do

- Lead projects end-to-end, from briefing, concept and space planning through detailed design and site execution

- Own complete working drawing and detail packages, ensuring accuracy, coordination and timely issue

- Review drawings, models, presentations and material selections before client or site release

- Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants, vendors, contractors and site teams

- Lead client discussions, present design decisions and turn feedback into clear next steps

- Plan design deliverables, track revisions and flag risks before they affect site progress

- Conduct site visits, resolve design and execution issues, and maintain the intended quality

- Mentor junior architects, review their work and help the team improve its design and documentation standards

- Support project scheduling, scope control and handovers across multiple live projects

What we are looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture

- 4-8 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior projects

- Strong portfolio showing built work, design development and detailed documentation

- Advanced working knowledge of AutoCAD and SketchUp

- Good working knowledge of rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion or V-Ray

- Strong understanding of space planning, materials, construction details and site execution

- Proven ability to manage consultants, vendors and project teams

- Clear client communication, presentation and decision-making skills

- High ownership, attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-moving studio

- Comfortable working from our Delhi studio and visiting project sites when needed
