• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing large engineering or application development teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications and digital transformation programs.
• Manage delivery within Managed Services and Fixed Price engagement models, ensuring scope, timelines, SLAs, KPIs, quality, and commercial commitments.
• Drive delivery governance, project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee cross-functional engineering teams including architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and support teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define roadmaps, delivery priorities, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure smooth execution of Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning and release management.
• Supervise implementation of scalable solutions using Java/J2EE, .NET, C#, and Microservices architecture.
• Promote operational excellence, process optimization, and automation initiatives.
• Support client governance forums, escalations, executive reporting, and revenue/margin management.
