Qualifications

• 15-18 years of IT experience with strong delivery/program management exposure.
• Proven experience managing Managed Services and/or Fixed Price delivery engagements.
• Strong technical background in Java/J2EE, .NET/C#, and Microservices architecture.
• Experience in Oil & Gas, Energy, Utilities, or Power domain projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise applications and digital transformation programs.
• Manage delivery within Managed Services and Fixed Price engagement models, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, SLAs, KPIs, quality, and commercial commitments.
• Drive delivery governance, project planning, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee cross-functional engineering teams, including architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and support teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to define roadmaps, delivery priorities, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure smooth execution of Agile delivery processes, including sprint planning, release management, and resource allocation.
