Job summary

EPAM Systems India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead CloudOffice delivery across multiple geographies. You will own end-to-end cloud programs, mentor a senior team, and drive governance, metrics, and risk frameworks while partnering with architects and account managers for transformation planning.

Requirements include 18+ years in IT with 8+ years in cloud leadership, hands-on cloud platform experience, and strong stakeholder management at the CIO/VP level.

Qualifications

• Ownership of large-scale Cloud Migration & Modernization programs.
• Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).

• Experience shaping RFPs and delivery-led growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native, hybrid cloud, and modernization approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery excellence for multi-million-dollar cloud programs across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Delivery Managers across geographies.
• Define governance, metrics, risk mitigation, and quality frameworks.
• Partner with Cloud Architects and Account Managers for transformation planning.
• Drive CXO-level engagement and contribute to proposals and sales.
• Manage resource planning, P&L, and forecast accuracy.
