Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a dynamic leader to drive large-scale cloud transformation programs globally. You will manage a senior team of Delivery Managers and own end-to-end delivery across migration, modernization, and cloud-native engagements for Fortune 500 clients.

You will mentor teams, enforce governance, coordinate with cloud architects and account managers, and shape RFPs/proposals. Strong stakeholder engagement at CIO/VP levels is essential, with a focus on growth and scalable

Qualifications

• 18+ years in IT with 8+ years in cloud delivery leadership roles.
• Proven delivery ownership of large-scale Cloud Migration & Modernization programs.
• Hands-on experience with at least two major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience shaping RFPs, proposals, and delivery-led growth initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native, hybrid cloud, and legacy modernization approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery excellence for multi-million-dollar cloud programs across Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Delivery Managers across multiple geographies.
• Define and enforce delivery governance, metrics, risk mitigation, and quality frameworks.
• Partner with Cloud Architects and Account Managers for transformation planning and execution.
• Drive stakeholder engagement with CIO/VP/Director-level sponsors and business leaders.
• Shape RFPs and customer proposals with pre-sales and sales teams.
• Ensure optimal resource planning, P&L management, and forecast accuracy.
