EPAM Systems, Inc. in Gurugram seeks an IT Delivery Manager with 14–18 years of experience to own end-to-end delivery of a multi-million-dollar portfolio of enterprise applications built on Java/Spring and .NET/C#.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in CS/SE/IT or related business discipline.
• 14–18 years IT industry experience.
• 6+ years in IT Delivery Manager/Program Manager/Delivery Director role.
• Proven track record managing enterprise portfolios with budgets exceeding $5M+ and teams of 50+ engineers.
• Hands-on experience with Java (Spring) and/or .NET (C#).
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices.

Responsibilities
