Decisions is seeking a Senior Decisions Developer in India to build end‑to‑end software using a no‑code platform. You’ll collaborate with US teams and client tech teams to tailor solutions for customer needs within a digital transformation context.

You will mentor peers, propose technical solutions, and own delivery within an architect-build-communicate service delivery framework, ensuring quality through reviews and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology (CS) or related field.
• 5–8 years of software development with no‑code/no‑code platforms.
• Experience delivering solutions in global environments preferred.
• Certification in a popular low-code/no-code BPM platform is desirable.

Responsibilities

About the Role

This no-code automation platform seamlessly integrates AI tools, rules engines, and workflow management, transforming customer experiences, modernizing legacy systems, and achieving automation goals three times faster than traditional software development. As an India Professional Services team member, you’ll play a crucial role in building end-to-end software applications, collaborating with US teams to tailor solutions to our customer's needs. In this customer-facing role, your experience in delivering solutions to problems will be invaluable as you utilize our powerful no-code platform and be part of customer’s digital transformation initiatives. You'll collaborate closely with internal and external teams, mastering the Decisions platform, and delivering innovative solutions.

What You’ll Own

As a Senior Decisions Developer, collaborate with cross-functional teams: solutions architects, the client’s technical team, business users, and the project manager; mentor other developers by providing technical guidance within our architect-build-communicate service delivery framework.

• Complete training leading to certification and meet ongoing technical training requirements
• Master the platform and its best practices to propose technical solutions, rapidly build applications, and quickly adapt to client’s feedback/changes
• Review business requirements and technical documentation to build and deliver software solutions and help other developers address their questions whenever required
• Comfortable with ambiguity to some extent, actively seeks information/clarifies by asking questions, facilitates discussions between different stakeholders and developers whenever required
• Take ownership of the work assigned, maintain project velocity, share updates, elevate blockers promptly
• Collaborate with and support fellow developers; openly share knowledge, while also making recommendations to managers/leadership for the overall growth of the department
• Solutions developed are thoroughly tested including code reviews & participate in performance/load testing
• Configure integrations with 3rd party systems, databases & services using API, REST services, etc.

What You Bring

While Decisions is a no-code platform, it requires developers to comprehend the intricacies of building complex solutions by applying a variety of software development skills & knowledge.

Technical skills:

• Mastery of low-code/no-code BPM software development platforms.
• Expertise in databases, SQL, UI using HTML & CSS, APIs, and web services.
• Expertise in understanding the developer role throughout the application lifecycle management stages.
• Advanced understanding of scrum methodology or other agile approaches.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills within a low-code/no-code environment.
• Mastery in translating business use cases and advanced capability of converting them into technical requirements/solutions.

Interpersonal skills:

• Proactive team player who takes initiative, prioritizing customer and solutions focus
• Skilled at engaging with diverse audiences, both technical and non-technical across geographies
• Proficient in English communication for collaboration with teams and clients in North America and Europe
• Proficient in effectively communicating complex technical concepts and offering alternatives based on best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Engineering or Technology in Computer Science
• Other engineering graduates, or those with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Applications with demonstrable software development knowledge/experience, may also apply.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of relevant experience in building software applications using low-code / no-code platforms, preferably within multinational companies
• Experience in developing solutions across various industry verticals and horizontals
• Certification in at least one popular low-code / no-code BPM software development platform is desirable
• Not an order taker; asks “why” questions and solves the right problems
• Technically inclined & strong software development mindset
• Strong logical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Willing to unlearn/relearn and follow directions
