Job summary

Decisions is seeking a Junior QA Analyst to join its Quality Assurance team in Mumbai. You will help manage testing strategy and resources for the Decisions platform, coordinating with Cloud Ops, Developers, Documentation, Professional Services, R&D, Solutions, and Support.

The role requires building automated tests in C# using Playwright and ensuring release readiness. You will work across multiple versions and tight timelines, performing automated and manual testing while communicating

Qualifications

• Certification in Quality Assurance (Automation)./ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Mathematics
• 0-2 years of experience in QA Automation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both onshore and offshore audiences
• Knowledge of databases, enterprise systems, web applications, and software QA best practices
• Understanding SDLC using Agile or other lean methodologies
• Basic software development knowledge: OOPs concepts and data types, variables, loops, exception handling, or strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to analyze information from multiple sources to develop testing plans
• Proficiency in Windows computing (e.g., finding local IP, using Command Prompt)
• Strong desire to deliver excellent user experience and high-quality software
• Analytical mindset with a detective approach to software testing
• Familiarity with Windows services, networking concepts, APIs, and testing fundamentals
• Adaptable to changing organizational priorities in a fast-paced environment

About the Role
