What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4.5 years of experience in software development and project delivery, with at least 1 year in a leadership or managerial capacity
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft-based technologies, including: C#, .NET (Core/6.0 or later), ASP.NET, Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, API Management), SQL Server and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, CosmosDB, or similar)
• Experience with modern front-end frameworks: React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3
• Deep understanding of application integration using REST APIs and microservices-based architecture
• Strong grasp of software design patterns (MVC, MVVM, etc.) and secure coding practices
• Clear understanding of Domain Driven Design
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and DevOps practices
• Ability to manage technical delivery while handling competing priorities in a global, matrixed organization
