• Troubleshoot all jobs, maintenance plan issue, login/instance connectivity issues and Shipping/Mirroring Issues
• Mirroring Configuration in asynchronous mode / synchronous mode without automatic failover / synchronous mode with automatic failover
• Reconfiguration and setup DB cluster in case of failure due to incident
• Troubleshoot DB cluster Issue
• System database movement
• DR drill activity
• System/Database/Instance Performance analysis
• Configuring / Re-configuring AlwaysOn and Troubleshooting
• Preparation of RCA for Major Incidents
