Job summary

Tekskills in Pan India is seeking a Senior Database Administrator with 5+ years of DBA experience, focusing on Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL. You will design, implement, and optimize database solutions, ensure security, performance, and data integrity in a hybrid work environment.

The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with clustering, encryption, partitioning, and Azure database utilities, plus excellent communication and teamwork. Immediate joiners or serving notice preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of DBA experience with Microsoft SQL Server and PostgreSQL.
• Expert in writing complex stored procedures, functions, views, and triggers.
• Strong knowledge of database technologies supporting clustering, Data Synchronization, Encryption, Partitioning, Performance and Security.
• Sound knowledge of MS/Azure database management and performance utilities.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills, fast learner, hardworking and good team player.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
