Overview

Job Title: SQL Database Administrator (SQL DBA)

Experience: 5 - 15 years

Location: Greater Noida

Responsibilities

• Provide SQL DBA support in Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, MS SQL Server, Active Directory, GPOs, Registry, Windows Logs, server performance monitoring, patching, and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of MS SQL Replication and other core SQL Server components.
• Analyze new application designs, perform testing as required, and understand/translate requirements.
• Write and optimize SQL queries; monitor alerts and provide L2/L3 troubleshooting and support.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues and concepts such as FTP, TCP/UDP, ports, and firewall configurations.
• Maintain strong client-facing and internal communication, with clear written and verbal skills.
• Be a flexible, collaborative team player capable of delivering under pressure.
• Multi-task and context-switch effectively between different activities and teams.
• Knowledge of Windows IIS and Web Apps troubleshooting is a plus.
