Optum India in Bengaluru is seeking a data analyst with strong SQL and data analysis skills to join our team. You will work on data warehousing, ETL/ELT processes, and reporting datasets to support health-care data insights and decision making.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineers, validate data pipelines, investigate quality issues, and contribute to governance and documentation. Prior experience with Snowflake, dbt, or Airflow is a plus; strong communication is essential.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with SQL and data analysis.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and reporting concepts.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues related to data, reports, dashboards, data access, data model, and table relationships.

• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

• Experience with tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Airflow, or BI platforms
