Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to design, build, and scale data platforms enabling data-driven decisions. You will own scalable pipelines with dbt, SQL, and AWS services, while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with analysts and BI teams.

You will drive data quality, governance, and performance improvements across large datasets, shaping analytics engineering standards and architecture in a cloud-first environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, ETL or Data Warehousing.
  • Experience delivering scalable enterprise data solutions on AWS.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using dbt, SQL and AWS services (S3, Redshift).
  • Build and optimize complex data transformations and SQL workloads for large-scale datasets.
  • Design and implement data models following data warehousing and analytics engineering best practices.
  • Develop and maintain data solutions leveraging AWS S3, Glue and Redshift.
  • Orchestrate and monitor data workflows to ensure reliability, scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts and BI teams to deliver data solutions.
  • Establish data quality, governance, monitoring and documentation standards.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering best practices.

Senior Data Engineer (DBT, AWS, SQL)

Join us as a Senior Data Engineer and play a pivotal role in building and scaling modern data platforms that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.


What will you do?


  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines usingdbt,SQL, AWSservicesi.eS3,Redshift,Airflowand related frameworks.
