Job summary

TE Connectivity in Bengaluru is seeking a data engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines on Databricks, delivering trusted datasets for analytics.

You will develop ETL/ELT processes using SQL, Python, PySpark and Dbt, optimize pipelines, and create reusable data products for Power BI, Sigma Computing, and other platforms. Collaborate with teams to ensure data quality and documentation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in data engineering and analytics delivery.
• Hands-on Databricks data engineering and scalable pipeline development.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark.
• Experience with ETL/ELT design and development across multiple data sources.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, star schemas, and semantic layers.
• Experience building BI-ready datasets, data marts and reusable data products.
• Knowledge of data quality, validation, reconciliation, monitoring and troubleshooting.
