Job summary

TE Connectivity Corporation in India seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst II to deliver analytics, reporting, and data visualization solutions that empower data-driven decisions across the organization. You will work with large datasets from SAP, Salesforce, and other systems to build dashboards and automated reports.

You will write SQL, use Tableau and Power BI, ensure data quality, partner with stakeholders, and contribute to BI best practices while maintaining documentation and tracking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong experience with Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Query, and Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to generate actionable business insights.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Work with and integrate data from SAP, Salesforce, and other enterprise systems.
• Design and support automated and scalable reporting solutions.
• Partner with business teams to understand requirements and provide analytical solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting deliverables.
• Document data models, reporting logic, and analytical processes.
• Track deliverables, risks, and actions using Asana or similar tools.
• Contribute to BI best practices, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The Business Intelligence Analyst II is responsible for delivering analytics, reporting, and data visualization solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role involves working with complex datasets from multiple enterprise systems, developing dashboards and reports, automating reporting processes, and partnering with business stakeholders to provide actionable insights that improve business performance and strategic outcomes

Candidate Desired Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong experience with Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Query, and Power Apps.
• Experience working with Databricks and Redshift.
• Knowledge of data engineering and building data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce reporting is preferred.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
• Power BI and Microsoft Fabric certifications are desirable.

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field or local equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience
