Job summary

TE Connectivity in Bengaluru seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst II to deliver analytics, reporting, and data visualization. The role focuses on large datasets, building dashboards in Tableau, and automating reporting to support data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will work with SAP and Salesforce data, write queries, ensure data quality, and partner with business teams to translate requirements into scalable BI solutions. Hybrid work is available in India.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in BI analysis or similar analytics roles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to generate insights and inform decisions.
• Develop and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau.
• Write, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.

Job Overview

The Business Intelligence Analyst II is responsible for delivering analytics, reporting, and data visualization solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. The role involves working with complex datasets from multiple enterprise systems, developing dashboards and reports, automating reporting processes, and partnering with business stakeholders to provide actionable insights that improve business performance and strategic outcomes

Candidate Desired Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong experience with Tableau, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, SQL, Python, Power Query, and Power Apps.
• Experience working with Databricks and Redshift.
• Knowledge of data engineering and building data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, reporting, dashboards, and KPI frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce reporting is preferred.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data governance, and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
• Power BI and Microsoft Fabric certifications are desirable.
