Job summary

PeoplePlus is seeking an experienced Data Architect / Senior Data Architect to lead the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-scale data platforms spanning transactional and analytical workloads.

You will architect batch and real-time pipelines, define data models and storage strategies, enforce governance and security, and mentor engineering teams while collaborating with product and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reliable data solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in enterprise data architecture, platform design, development, and maintenance.
• Deep understanding of data engineering concepts, ETL/ELT frameworks, distributed systems, and data integration patterns.
• Proven expertise in designing scalable batch and streaming data architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-scale data platforms supporting operational and analytical workloads.
