This role plays a critical part in promoting a data-driven culture across both technical and business functions while translating strategic data initiatives into practical, high-impact solutions.

The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert, driving data engineering best practices, mentoring junior team members, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable, efficient, and scalable data solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Data Engineering & Solution Design

• Design, build, and maintain robust data architectures, pipelines, and platforms to support business objectives.
• Develop end-to-end data solutions that enable analytics, reporting, and business decision-making.
• Translate business requirements and data strategy into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, security, and performance across all data assets.

DevOps & Automation

Stakeholder Collaboration & Governance

• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support change management, incident management, and problem resolution processes.
• Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders.
• Act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for data engineering and platform initiatives.
