MiQ in Bengaluru is hiring a Senior Data Analyst (PDS) to lead analytics delivery and build cutting‑edge data tools. You will own campaigns insights, collaborate with Global Product, and advance data-driven decision making across stakeholders.
The role emphasizes Python/R, SQL, large data handling, and data storytelling, with mentorship responsibilities and a hybrid work environment. Prior ad-tech domain knowledge is a plus.

As part of the PDS team, you will work as an independent individual contributor who is an analytics expert with technical proficiency. You will be responsible for bringing new analytics ideas and innovation to exploring data sets, and QBR/Insights. You will also be the face of the project execution team to build cutting‑edge technical tools for business growth. Own entire delivery for Campaign Insights designed by Global Product Continuous improvement and optimization of existing solutions based on evolving product needs Data storytelling to communicate complicated data solutions to non‑technical stakeholders Able to share recommendations on project specific data usage Active involvement in developing and expanding logics for the insights Extreme attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workload. Demonstrated high degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities. Partner with tech, Product and DM to carry out deliverables seamlessly. Bring in innovative analytics solutions to solve product problems with the focus of increasing Share of Wallet Brainstorm & identify data gaps and data opportunities. Build full‑proof solutions for insights which can be easily deployed. New Data/API explorations and integration: Execution, Measure adoption & impact Identify automation opportunities and collaborating with Analyst for execution. Provide technical expertise to the team in Python/R, Spark, Databricks, SQL, etc. and ensure tech best practices through code optimisations. Proactive involvement in central PDS initiatives and arranging knowledge sharing sessions. Responsible for mentoring and guiding Analysts and interns on core data analytics competencies and programmatic/MiQ landscape Active participation in hiring and onboarding initiatives for Analyst & Interns.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you are required to work with different stakeholders across the MiQ ecosystem: Global Product: Act as the bridge between requirements coming from global products and translating them into elaborate and executable data problems.
