Ecolab, Inc. in Bengaluru seeks an experienced data analytics professional to lead Power BI analytics, build scalable data models, and manage ELT pipelines across Azure. You will collaborate with global teams, mentor juniors, and drive best practices in analytics delivery.

The role requires 5–8 years of experience, strong SQL/Python skills, and familiarity with Snowflake, dbt, and Paginated reports. Expect agile collaboration across time zones and occasional weekend alignment.

Formación

• At least 5-8 years’ experience in data analytics with UG/PG degree.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI Analytics, Data Flows, SQL, Azure + Python.
• Experience with Snowflake, MS Fabric, Tabular Editor, Paginated reports, Power Automate & dbt.
• Build scalable data models and translate business logic into reusable datasets.
• Experience with analytic solution rollouts across time zones and Agile/DevOps environments.

• Bi-monthly presentation on concepts and new features for day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in PowerBi Analytics

• Handle outages or issues raised on Service now in the form of tickets / incidents

• Take additional responsibilities as & when required

• Help train new hires in all processes & skillsets required & mentor them

• Coach, motivate and guide the junior team members

• Bi-monthly presentation on the concepts & new features which can be implemented in the day-to-day work.

Qualifications

• At least 5-8 years’ experience in data analytics along with UG / PG degree
• Good understanding of PowerBI Analytics, Data Flows, SQL, Cloud Solutions (Azure) + Python.
• Experience in Snowflake, MS Fabric, Tabular Editor, Paginated reports, Power automate & dbt
• Build and maintain scalable data models using modern tools (e.g., Snowflake, dbt). Translate defined business logic into clean and reusable datasets.
• Experience in supporting Analytic solution roll outs and working across different time zones.
• Experience managing projects or working towards a deadline.
• Working with clients or customers internal or external.
• Experience working in an Agile/DevOps environment using design thinking methodology.
• Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization.
• Willingness to accommodate work schedules that align with onsite hours & weekend schedules
• Upskill on new technologies to implement on the job / new business requirement
• Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy
• Ability to work with global teams across time zones
• Clear communication skills
• Communicate data issues, variances, and root-cause findings with clear analysis and recommendations
