CirrusLabs, LLC is seeking a Power BI Developer to join our Business Intelligence team in Hyderabad. You will design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards, connect to Salesforce and other data sources, and collaborate with stakeholders to transform business questions into analytics.

The role requires strong SQL, Snowflake, and Python skills, plus experience with Jira for analytics projects. You will work closely with our Data Architect and cross-functional teams to ensure timely,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science.
• 4+ years of analytics, BI, or data-focused experience.
• Advanced SQL skills: Joins, CTEs, Window Functions, Aggregations, Query Optimization, PostgreSQL.
• 2+ years Snowflake experience for querying and transforming data.
• 5+ years building Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, DAX measures, Power Query.
• Strong data modeling knowledge: star schemas, relationships, calculated measures, data quality, performance.
• Hands-on Python for data analysis, automation, pandas, numpy.
• Experience with cloud data platforms: AWS S3, AWS Glue, AWS RDS, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery.
• Familiarity with analytics engineering: reusable data models, data lineage, version control, testing, governed self-service reporting.
• Ability to gather requirements, define success metrics, translate business questions into analytical solutions, and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Job Summary

With the extreme growth rate of our company, teams, and customer base, we are looking for a PowerBI Developer to help our Business Intelligence team keep up with the needs of the business by providing data and reports to our various functional areas in a timely manner.As part of this team, you'll work with your team members, our Data Architect, as well as stakeholders throughout the company to build and maintain new reports and dashboards in Power BI and Salesforce, providing better access and visibility to our business data.You'll be working within our CRM, analyzing Sales, Marketing, billing, and product usage data.
