In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analysts to design, develop, and maintain dashboards that provide actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have advanced Tableau expertise, a strong eye for user-friendly design, and the ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment.

Primary Functions:

Develop and optimize dashboards in Tableau, ensuring they are intuitive, aesthetically appealing, and tailored to business needs.

Translate complex datasets into clear and impactful visualizations, making data accessible for senior executives and business leaders.
Ensure data integrity and accuracy by cleaning, transforming, and preparing data for visualization.
Optimize performance of Tableau dashboards, leveraging calculated fields, LOD expressions, and data blending techniques.
Work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple dashboard development projects while meeting deadlines.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in Tableau dashboard development.
Expertise in Tableau’s advanced features, including calculated fields, LOD expressions, data blending, and dashboard optimization.
Strong understanding of data visualization principles, ensuring dashboards balance aesthetics and usability.
Experience in cleaning and preparing data for visualization, ensuring seamless integration with Tableau.
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into effective dashboard solutions.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS):

Background in data storytelling and user experience (UX) design, ensuring dashboards are intuitive and actionable.
Prior experience in airline, hospitality or travel industry analytics is a plus.
