Job summary

MNP invites a Senior Software Developer to join its Technology - Development team. You will design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Marketing, Sales, Project Operations) and Power Platform solutions, delivering integrations and customizations that enhance enterprise-wide processes.

You will mentor peers, collaborate with product teams, and help drive ALM practices while ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions across the Dynamics and Power Platform ecosystem in a global consultancy setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Azure are an asset.
• 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including implementation and customization.
• 3+ years of experience developing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• 3+ years of experience with REST API, SOAP, and JSON for custom integrations and triggers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Marketing, Sales, Project Operations) and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Develop customizations, plugins, workflow, and integrations for D365 applications with Power Platform solutions.
• Participate in the design and implementation of integrations between D365 applications and third-party systems.
• Connect D365 and Power Platform solutions with internal enterprise systems.
• Actively contribute to troubleshooting efforts for issues within Dynamics and integrations, coordinating effort between users, internal teams, and Microsoft support.
• Execute and support implementation and adoption of upgrades and new functionality as it is added to the Dynamics Sales, Marketing, and Project Operations platform.
• Understand and incorporate Dynamics and other licensing models to optimize licensing assignment within D365 applications.
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering skill development, and knowledge enhancement.
• Support the establishment of development, integration, and data management standards.
• Ensure adherence to development best practices, including code readability, modularization, reusability, and error handling.
• Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) as per Power Platform and Dynamics best practices.
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to understand requirements and implement technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Strong understanding ofMicrosoft Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service)
• Knowledge of D365 Web API andOData services
• Experience leveragingPowerShell and JavaScript
• Understanding of DevOpspractices, including CI/CD pipelines for deploying and managing the solutions
• Experience with the followingis considered an asset:
  • Experience with MicrosoftCopilot, especially within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • Proficiency in programminglanguages such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS

Requirements
