Job summary

PeopleStrong in India seeks a Graduate with 1 year in lending/financial services to support branch operations and customer acquisition. You will ensure process adherence, promote products, cross-sell and upsell, and maintain data for daily transactions, contributing to branch profitability.

You will engage with customers in the local language and English, build positive relationships, and help transform customers' financial well-being through proactive service and promotions.
