BCG Design Studios seeks a Senior Creative (Creative Hybrid / Creative AI Technologist) to lead code-first prototypes and production-ready experiences. You will drive R&D, collaborating with designers and clients to translate ideas into scalable tools and pipelines that elevate creative work.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Creative Technology, Engineering, Media Arts, or a related field.
• 7+ years in creative technology, digital innovation, or hybrid roles (agency/innovation lab/tech environment).
• Experience with generative AI tools and platforms (Runway, Flux, ComfyUI).
• Experience building agentic systems, pipelines, prompt taxonomies, evaluation rubrics, multi-step workflows, API orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end creative pipelines using prompts, agentic workflows, and API orchestration.
• Design AI-enabled systems with evaluation criteria, quality gates, and feedback loops.
• Audit and redesign creative workflows to save manual work while preserving craft.
• Translate briefs into working prototypes (real-time 3D visualizations, prompt-driven tools, interactive brand experiences).
• Evaluate models, APIs, and platforms; build proofs of concept for new capabilities.
• Support live client projects with bespoke digital solutions and AI-powered tools.
• Run workshops, share discoveries, and build capability across the studio.
• Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Senior Creative (Creative Hybrid / Creative AI Technologist) at BCG Design Studios. A code-first creative technologist who builds prototypes, AI-enabled systems, and production-ready experiences; leads studio R&D and works directly with clients and BCG case teams to translate technical possibilities into compelling creative work.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage end-to-end creative pipelines using prompt chains, agentic workflows, node-based systems, and API orchestration
• Design AI-enabled systems with evaluation criteria, quality gates, and feedback loops so output improves over time
• Audit and redesign creative workflows to save manual work while preserving craft
• Translate creative and strategic briefs into working prototypes (real-time 3D visualizations, prompt-driven generative tools, interactive brand experiences)
• Evaluate models, APIs, and platforms and build proofs of concept to introduce new capabilities into the studio
• Support live client projects by developing bespoke digital solutions and AI-powered tools
• Run workshops, share discoveries, and build capability across the studio
• Communicate complex technical ideas clearly to creative directors, clients, and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Creative Technology, Engineering, Media Arts, or a related field
• 7+ years working in creative technology, digital innovation, or hybrid roles (ideally in an agency, innovation lab, or media/technology environment)
• Practical experience with generative AI tools and platforms (examples cited: Runway, Flux, ComfyUI)
• Experience building agentic systems and pipelines: prompt taxonomies, evaluation rubrics, multi-step workflows, and API orchestration; working knowledge of RAG and context windows
• Experience with automation frameworks and systems integration and the judgment to know when to build versus integrate
• Understanding of brand and digital experience design; confidence presenting to and working with clients

Who You’ll Work With

Collaborate with global designers and multidisciplinary colleagues across BCG Design Studios, including directors, designers, strategists, producers, and consultants.

• Ability to move between fast, vibe-coded sketches (Cursor, Claude Code) and production-grade frameworks (React, Next.js)
• Familiarity with frontier-model tooling across text, image, video, and audio (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Veo, Runway, ComfyUI)
• Strong balance of experimentation and delivery; ability to choose when to prompt-engineer, fine-tune, or build deterministic systems
