By combining proprietary workflow software, market intelligence AI, and top-tier creative talent, our client delivers data-backed, high-performing visual assets faster and more efficiently than traditional agencies.
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Creative Production Lead who brings exceptional production craft and a rigorous approach to quality. In this senior individual contributor role, you will own complex production workflows, communicate directly with global client teams, and maintain top-tier delivery standards.
Working alongside production artists and account teams, you will oversee the delivery of hundreds to thousands of visual assets daily for major global brands, ensuring strict brand accuracy and consistency.
You will transform approved master designs and creative direction into platform-ready adaptations across both static imagery and video. Practical experience with advanced retouching and GenAI-assisted production workflows is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Adapt approved master designs across varying sizes, placements, products, offers, languages, and regional markets.
- Ensure all adaptations comply strictly with brand guidelines, approved creative direction, and platform specifications.
- Execute precise localization, accounting for typography, text expansion, layout balance, imagery, and regional copy.
- Produce and troubleshoot static, motion, video, and GIF deliverables through final export and handoff.
- Execute high-standard product and lifestyle image retouching, including cleanup, masking, color correction, and compositing.
- Leverage Generative AI tools to generate or extend backgrounds, environments, and supporting assets within creative guidelines.
Quality Control & Brand Accuracy
- Conduct rigorous self-checks and peer reviews across the production team prior to delivery.
- Verify product imagery, packaging details, logos, brand colors, typography, pricing, DISCLAIMERS, and overall visual balance against approved masters.
- Validate dimensions, file formats, file sizes, safe areas, animation timing, and channel constraints.
- Spot and correct visual artifacts, localization errors, and versioning inconsistencies across large asset batches.
- Proactively resolve production issues and update QA checklists to prevent recurring errors.
Client Communication & Workflow Management
- Work directly with client teams across the US and Europe to clarify briefs, identify missing inputs, and align on deliverables and timelines.
- Articulate technical production decisions clearly and offer practical solutions to execution constraints.
- Manage client feedback and revision cycles while keeping track of version control and delivery milestones.
- Collaborate with internal specialists to solve complex execution challenges.
- Continuously improve templates, file structure, naming conventions, and reusable production workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience in creative production and adaptation for global brands, including direct interaction with US and European client teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Figma, with working knowledge of Premiere Pro.
- Sharp eye for typography, composition, visual hierarchy, motion dynamics, and micro-details.
- Practical experience producing high-performing assets for e-commerce platforms, retail media networks, and paid social channels.
- Disciplined quality-control process with the ability to spot subtle visual, brand, copy, and technical errors.
- Hands-on experience integrating Generative AI tools into production workflows, paired with the finishing skills needed to refine AI outputs into client-ready deliverables.
- Clear, proactive written and verbal communication, reliable time estimation, and confidence managing client expectations.
- Flexibility to work agreed overlap hours supporting teams in US and European time zones.
